All parcels are tracked, securely packed, and insured to their full value on orders of £300 and above.

Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local customs authority. The declared order value will match the amount paid at checkout.

Restricted Materials:
Certain materials are UK-only due to wildlife regulations and marketplace policies (e.g. python/exotic skins). These items will display UK-only shipping at checkout. Fur items may be subject to regional restrictions; we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders shipping to destinations where sale or delivery is restricted.
