Are your products authentic?
We understand how important trust is when purchasing vintage designer pieces. At KSJ SELECT, we stand firmly behind the authenticity of every item we offer.

All products are:

  • Sourced from trusted suppliers with proven track records

  • Pre-authenticated where possible, using advanced tools and expert industry knowledge

  • Manually reviewed by our team before being curated into each drop

While we do not currently provide third-party certificates, we guarantee that we never buy or sell an item unless we are fully confident in its authenticity.

Every qualifying purchase includes a KSJ SELECT Authenticity Card — a mark of assurance that your piece has been carefully sourced, verified, and packaged with intention.

Orders & Packaging

Do you include branded packaging?
Yes, all purchases are shipped in our signature KSJ SELECT packaging with dust bags, tissue, and thank you notes. Perfect for gifting.

Can I leave a gift message with my order?
We're working on this feature! For now, feel free to email us at support@ksjselect.com after placing your order and we’ll do our best.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final due to the delicate nature of vintage pieces. Please read our returns policy and item descriptions carefully before ordering.

What if something arrives damaged or not as described?
If there’s a major undisclosed fault, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ksjselect.com with clear photos. We’ll review it and assist accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed and marked as processed, we do not accept cancellations. Please double-check your details before purchasing.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive tracking once your item has been dispatched.

Do I need to pay VAT or customs fees?
KSJ SELECT is a UK-based business and currently not VAT-registered; therefore, no VAT is charged at checkout for UK customers.
