At KSJ SELECT, every piece is part of a curated story — sourced with care, verified for authenticity, and wrapped in signature packaging that reflects our commitment to vintage fashion and sustainability.

We ask that you read the following carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate nature of vintage and pre-loved items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances unless an item has a major, undisclosed fault.

Measurements & Sizing

We include accurate measurements in each product listing. Please note:

Vintage sizing may differ from modern standards
Items are shown without a model
It's your responsibility to compare the sizing to your own clothing before purchasing

KSJ SELECT Grading System

All of our vintage items are hand-sourced, carefully inspected, and graded according to the scale below to reflect their condition accurately. We always show major flaws in product images and clearly describe signs of wear.

KSJ SELECT Condition Guide:

Excellent: Like new, no tags. Minimal to no visible signs of wear.
Very Good: Light signs of wear, barely noticeable in use.
Good: Moderate wear consistent with pre-loved use.
Fair: Heavy wear — priced accordingly and full of character

Only major flaws are photographed and disclosed in listings. General signs of use (like minor scuffing or inner wear) are expected and will be reflected in the grading.

Additional Information:

We always include close-ups of any major flaws. Minor wear and tear is common for vintage and is reflected in the grade.

Reporting a Problem

If you believe your item has a major issue not described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at:

support@ksjselect.com

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos. Any concerns raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.

No Cancellations

Once your order is placed and processed, we do not accept cancellations - even if the order has not yet shipped. Our products are one-of-a-kind and cannot be held or restocked once secured.
